Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
Where you have ordered multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

How to return an item
- Email us at onellefashion@gmail.com and state your order number.
- We will send you the return address and the next steps.
- Pack the items securely and send them to the address we give you.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
We refund you as set out in the withdrawal instructions above, using the same means of payment you used for the order.
A note on diminished value
Your right of withdrawal applies regardless of whether an item has been worn, washed or returned without its tags. You may examine the goods the way you would in a shop.
If you handle the goods beyond that and their value is reduced as a result, we may charge you for that loss in value and offset it against the refund. Keeping the tags on until you have decided therefore helps you — but it is not a condition of withdrawal.
Faulty goods and statutory warranty
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, write to onellefashion@gmail.com. In that case we cover the cost of the return and either send a replacement or refund you.
The statutory warranty period of two years from delivery applies. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
