Where we ship

We ship to Austria and Germany and to further countries within the European Union. Which countries are available is shown at checkout as soon as you enter your delivery address.

Shipping costs

All prices include statutory VAT.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery from our EU warehouse then usually takes 5 to 8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed dates.

If you order several items, dispatch can be delayed until all items are available.

Customs and import charges

All items are dispatched from within the European Union. No customs duties or import charges apply to deliveries within the EU.

Order tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the delivery address was incomplete or incorrect, you bear the cost of sending it again.

Returns and right of withdrawal
